Come to the sea in a private house, a few meters from a sandy beach.
On the cape where the houses are positioned, there are only a few low houses and a restaurant with quiet music next door. Crickets can be heard in the evening. In May, June, September, and October not infrequently in the bay pairs of swans and sometimes pairs of dolphins can be seen.
Overlooking Strandzha mountain and no more than 10 meters from the sea, with its own green yard, you couldn’t be closer to nature and at the same time enjoy the comfort of a private house.
Location
Nestled just above the beach “Nestinarka” at Tsarevo, Bulgaria (nearest airport- Burgas, 70 km).
All three houses are located next to the sea, 1-minute walk from the beach.
Extras
The houses are next to each other, with similar properties and extras.
Air conditioning in every room, comfortable furniture, including a massive wooden and plastic dining table (for the ground floor terrace). Two luxury bathrooms, equipped kitchen (utensils, oven, large fridge, microwave, washing machine).
The upper house has 3 bedrooms, a veranda, and two panoramic terraces on the second level.
It has a laundry room and several terraces overlooking the sea and Strandzha mountain.
The children’s playground boasts a large trampoline, swings, and a rocker (1- 14 yrs).
Use of tennis table, English and Russian lessons are available on site.
Houses layout
The layout of each house is:
- First floor – large veranda with sea view, living room with kitchenette and
flat-screen TV (Bulsat), Wi-Fi internet, sofa bed, bathroom. - Second floor – two triple bedrooms, panoramic terrace, bathroom with shower. Wide roof terrace in two of the houses overlooking the bay (suitable for sunbathing in seclusion).
Price
Prices for the whole house/ total capacity of 6 people/ – between 70 euro and 180 euro/ exclusive of VAT 9%/ depending on the period and the number of nights. Minimum stay 5 nights.
In June, September, and October – possibility of accommodation in a studio for 3 people on the first floor. Prices are between 50 and 90 euros.
