Come and stay by the sea in a private house or flat, just a few metres from a sandy beach.
On the headland where the houses are situated, there are just a few low-rise houses and a restaurant playing soft music nearby. In the evening, you can hear the crickets. In May, June, September and October, it is not uncommon to see pairs of swans in the bay, and sometimes even pairs of dolphins.
Overlooking the Strandzha Mountains and no more than 10 metres from the sea, with its own landscaped garden. You couldn’t be closer to nature whilst still enjoying the comforts of a private house.
Guests can choose between three detached houses, suitable for families and larger groups, and flats in a new building with various layouts, situated in a separate three-storey house. All accommodation options offer a high standard of comfort and terraces with sea views.
Location
Nestled just above the beach “Nestinarka” at Tsarevo, Bulgaria (nearest airport- Burgas, 70 km).
All three houses are located next to the sea, 1-minute walk from the beach.

The three detached houses are situated next to one another and offer similar amenities, their own outdoor space and parking facilities.
All accommodation is comfortably furnished and features air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, a fridge, dining facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay by the sea. Specific amenities and layouts may vary depending on the type of house or flat chosen.
The upper house has 3 bedrooms, a veranda and two panoramic terraces on the second floor.
It has a utility room and several terraces overlooking the sea and the Strandzha Mountains.
In the immediate vicinity is a separate three-storey house comprising several flats with different room layouts. Each flat has its own terrace with a sea view. The furnishings and facilities are of the same high standard as those in the detached houses.
The children’s play area features a large trampoline, swings and a seesaw (ages 1–14).
A table tennis table is available on site, and English and Russian language lessons can be arranged.

Houses layout
The three detached houses are ideal for families and groups and offer spacious accommodation on two levels.
- Ground floor – a large veranda with sea views, a living room with a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed and a bathroom.
- First floor – two bedrooms, a panoramic terrace and a bathroom with a shower.
- Two of the houses also feature a spacious roof terrace overlooking the bay, ideal for sunbathing in privacy.
- The upper house offers three bedrooms, a veranda, a utility room and several terraces with views of the sea and the Strandzha Mountains.
Apartments
Several self-contained apartments are available in the separate three-storey building. They vary in layout and number of rooms, allowing you to choose according to the number of guests and their preferences.
Each apartment is furnished to a high standard and has its own terrace with sea views. The different layouts make them suitable for couples and families alike, as well as for larger groups.
Price
Prices for the whole house (total capacity: 6 people) – between 70 and 170 euros (excluding 9% VAT) per night, depending on the period. Minimum stay: 5 nights.

In June, September and October
Accommodation is available in a studio for 2–3 people on the ground floor of the upper house.
Prices range from 50 to 65 euros per night, depending on the length of stay. Accommodation at similar rates is also available in the new flats when using one bedroom.
